KALEL provides advertising infrastructure services including:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) credit lines
Premium ad account access
Dedicated support services

Services are subject to availability and our approval process.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to enter binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use services only for lawful purposes
Comply with Meta's advertising policies and community standards
Not use services for prohibited content (illegal products, misleading claims, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Promptly report any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Fees are as quoted and agreed upon before service commencement
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on kalel.pro, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Optimum Vanguard LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
We do not guarantee specific advertising results or platform approvals

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimum Vanguard LLC from claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. We may immediately terminate for Terms violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
